Legal Counsel

  • Offer timely legal counsel on property and real estate law, regulatory compliance, employment law, data privacy, and related areas.
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Manage legal disputes, represent the company in court or administrative hearings, and develop strategies for resolution.
  • Assist the Corporate Secretary in fulfilling SEC requirements, preparing board/shareholder meeting documents, and advising on governance matters.
  • Liaise with and manage external legal counsel to ensure effective and cost-efficient legal representation.

Skills Requirements

  • Member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines
  • With 1-2 years of experience in Legal Research and Analysis
  • With 1-2 years of experience in Case and Time Management
  • With 1-2 years of experience in Regulatory and Compliance Exposure
  • With 1-2 years of experience in Legal Writing and Communication
  • Willing to work in Quezon City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php65,000.00 per month
