Essential Job Functions:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
RECRUITMENT AND PLACEMENT
Checks and coordinates with the supervisors the manpower requirement of the outlets.
Facilitates job posting in different job portal sites.
Participates on job fairs.
Contacts the qualified applicants for initial interview and assessment.
Coordinates with supervisors for final interview of qualified applicants.
Assures that all the requirements of the applicant are complete.
Assists applicants in signing and completing Information Sheet, Automated Teller Machine (ATM) Forms and Integrated Management Services Inc (IMS) Forms
Prepares the BAO Report for the application of new ATM to be sent via email to HR Manila.
Issuance of intro letter and extension letter for the placement of the employee.
Prepares the contract of the employee.
Orients the employee about his contract, job description and overview of the policy before deployment.
Issues company uniform to employees (cash basis).
Coordinates with the supervisor that the employee is ready for deployment.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Facilitates the weekly orientation for newly hired employees.
Assuring that all employees who attend the orientation has signed the attendance.
Prepares all the materials and modules needed for the orientation.
Prepares the exam for the employee after the orientation.
Records the exam results.
Issuance of certificate of recognition to those employees' who attended the orientation.
EMPLOYEE PERFROMANCE MANAGEMENT
Assists employees who needs absent and/or late letter, back to work and/or fit to work letter for the compliance in outlet.
Posting of birthday greetings on the bulletin board every month.
Prepares Employee Monitoring Report (EMR) on a monthly basis.
Sends the Weekly Highlights Report (WHR) regarding concerns in contract, memo and requirements.
Receives and records the Employee Evaluation (EE) from the supervisors every month.
LEGAL AND LABOR RELATIONS
Receives the copy of Notice to Explain (NTE) memo of those employees who violate the code of conduct from supervisors
Issuance of Notice of Disciplinary Action (NDA) memo once explanation was received.
Conduct Administrative Investigation (AI) if an employee has committed grave offenses.
Issuance of the decision letter.
Checks and sends accomplished clearance form to the Head Office for processing.
Communicate with Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) if necessary.
GOVERNMENT PURPOSES
Assists employees who applies for SSS loans, sickness and maternity.
Assists employees who applies for HMID loan.
Assists employees who need to apply for TIN.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
