
Human Resource and Administrative Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in creating and execution of employee engagement programs
- Assist in organizing company events
- Assist in development of employee communication strategies
- Handles employee relation concerns
- Provide administrative support to the HR department for employee engagement and employee relations task
- Other duties that may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in employee engagement and employee relations or HR administration is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php17, Php20,000.00 per month
