HR Generalist – Job Summary

A full-time HR Generalist based in Cainta is sought to manage core HR functions including onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, contract and policy management, payroll, and benefits administration. The role supports a positive work environment and ensures compliance with legal and company standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Source, interview, and assess candidates for open roles.
• Onboarding/Offboarding: Facilitate smooth transitions for new hires and exiting employees.
• Employee Relations: Address concerns, conduct investigations, and support workplace harmony.
• Contract & Policy Management: Update contracts with legal counsel, implement policies, and conduct training.
• Payroll: Validate timesheets, process pay, manage deductions, and resolve discrepancies.
• Benefits Administration: Handle government-mandated benefits, HMO, loans, reimbursements, and tax-related tasks.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate digital and physical employee records.
• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare performance appraisals, disciplinary reports, and ensure legal compliance.
• Administrative Support: Assist with general admin tasks when needed.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position based in Cainta.

Some flexibility may be required to accommodate onboarding and offboarding schedules.
