- Office Management: Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, and manage office supply inventory.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails, draft correspondence, and act as a point of contact for internal staff and external clients.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives and team members.
- Document Preparation: Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, presentations, and memos.
- Support: Assist other staff with various administrative tasks, support ongoing projects, and help ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office assistant is often preferred. But fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, discretion in handling confidential information, and a self-motivated attitude are vital.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational and time management skills, the ability to prioritize, and a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong typing skills, and familiarity with office management software.
