• Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist in daily operations.
• Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately and on time.


• Maintain and update customer databases, price lists, and sales records.
• Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and coordinate with logistics or warehouse teams.


• Handle client inquiries through email, phone, or chat and provide timely assistance.


• Prepare sales reports, performance summaries, and other required documentation.


• Assist in organizing meetings, presentations, and client visits.


• Coordinate with accounting for billing and payment follow-ups.


• Support the preparation of marketing and promotional materials when needed.
• Ensure proper filing, organization, and confidentiality of sales documents.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.


• At least 1–3 years of experience in sales support, admin, or related roles.


• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM systems.


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable under minimal supervision.
