
Sales Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Identify and approach new customers in the F&B sector (e.g., restaurants, hotels, catering companies, distributors).

Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
-
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
-
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product samples to clients.
-
Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies.
-
Monitor sales performance and report to senior management.
-
Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as needed.
-
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
-
Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in the food and beverage industry.
-
Strong knowledge of the local F&B market and customer base.
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
-
Existing network within the F&B industry.
-
Experience in B2B sales, especially with HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés).
-
Knowledge of food safety standards and F&B product categories.
