About the role

We are seeking a skilled HR Payroll and Benefits In-charge to join our dynamic team at LIBCAP SUPER EXPRESS CORPORATION - Iloilo Branch. As a full-time employee based in Iloilo City Iloilo, you will play a vital role in managing the company's payroll and employee benefits processes.

What you'll be doing

  1. Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and tax withholdings
  2. Administering and managing employee benefits, such as health insurance, scholarships, and loans.
  3. Preparing and filing necessary payroll-related reports and documentation
  4. Serving as a primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries
  5. Collaborating with the HR team to implement and improve payroll and benefits processes
  6. Staying up-to-date with relevant labour laws and regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Experience in a payroll or HR administration role, preferably in the Accounting industry is an advantage
  2. Proficient in using payroll software and HR information systems
  3. Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
  4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
