Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including employee enrollment, statutory benefits, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate and process transactions with government agencies such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and the BIR (including TIN and tax-related requirements).
  • Manage employee registrations, updates, and document submissions to government offices, ensuring timely and accurate compliance.
  • Assist with payroll processing by providing complete and accurate employee data and reports.
  • Collaborate with Operations to address HR-related concerns, employee movements, and compliance matters.
  • Provide recruitment support through initial candidate screening, basic assessments, and interview coordination.
  • Maintain and update employee files, HR databases, and 201 records.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and other HR programs.
  • Perform additional HR and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related course.
  • 1–2 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Assistant, or in a similar HR role.
  • Familiarity with government-mandated benefits and tax registration processes (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR/TIN).
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws, payroll procedures, and HR compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
