Assists in the organization, planning, control, and supervision of activities and programs in the HR Department, focusing on Compensation and Benefits.

  1. Supports the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  2. Ensures accurate and timely processing of timekeeping and payroll.
  3. Manages daily payroll transactions, including salary calculations.
  4. Verifies proper application and recording of tax and benefits computations according to company policies.
  5. Oversees the processing of company benefits (such as leaves), government-mandated benefits, and employee clearance during separation.
  6. Helps resolve disputes and issues related to HR Department functions.
  7. Ensures adherence to the labor code and other mandatory regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or any related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR (preferably in multiple facets or with focus in Compensation and Benefits)
  • Working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and relevant labor laws
