
Assistant HR Manager

Assists in the organization, planning, control, and supervision of activities and programs in the HR Department, focusing on Compensation and Benefits.
- Supports the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of timekeeping and payroll.
- Manages daily payroll transactions, including salary calculations.
- Verifies proper application and recording of tax and benefits computations according to company policies.
- Oversees the processing of company benefits (such as leaves), government-mandated benefits, and employee clearance during separation.
- Helps resolve disputes and issues related to HR Department functions.
- Ensures adherence to the labor code and other mandatory regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or any related field
- Master's degree is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR (preferably in multiple facets or with focus in Compensation and Benefits)
- Working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and relevant labor laws
