Job Overview: Area Manager

The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations, sales, and overall performance of multiple retail store locations within a designated area. This role involves ensuring that each store meets its sales targets, operational efficiency, and customer service standards while maintaining brand consistency. The Area Manager will lead and support store managers, monitor financial performance, implement strategic initiatives, and drive employee engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expenses controls
  • Meeting planned sales goals
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
  • Developing sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
  • Conceptualizing sales strategies
  • Manage coordination of all operational requirements for setting up new stores, locations and sales events
  • Ensure accurate stock management and handle any stock discrepancies of handled stores or accounts
  • Resolve any customer complains or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies and customer relationship management
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team
  • Dedication to providing great customer service and ability to lead a sales team Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php50,000.00 per month
