Overview

We are hiring a Technology Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver IT and software-related projects from initiation to completion. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership and communication skills who can manage multiple priorities while ensuring successful project outcomes. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and external vendors to execute projects efficiently and align technical results with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project scopes, goals, deliverables, and schedules.
  • Supervise day-to-day project execution and monitor overall progress.
  • Control budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Facilitate coordination between technical teams, business units, and external partners.
  • Oversee technical processes, including development, integration, and system implementation.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and status updates.
  • Ensure projects are completed, reviewed, and properly transitioned to operations teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or related discipline.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in IT or technology project management.
  • Knowledgeable in Agile, Waterfall, and other project management frameworks.
  • Skilled in using MS Project, JIRA, Trello, and similar tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Capable of managing multiple concurrent projects and tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and general project management software.
  • Willing to travel for site visits or partner coordination when required.
