Job Summary
Step into the world of corporate operations and human resources with this dynamic internship opportunity. We are looking for an enthusiastic and meticulous individual to join our Admin Department. This role is designed to offer comprehensive, hands-on exposure to the critical functions that keep our company running smoothly, providing a solid foundation for a career in business administration or HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver essential administrative and clerical assistance to various teams, including HR and Finance.
- Help manage, organize, and update critical company documents, records, and digital databases.
- Take charge of data entry tasks, physical and digital filing, and monitoring office supply levels.
- Play a key role in scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and assisting with company event planning.
- Aid in the procurement of office supplies and manage basic logistical tasks.
- Serve as a point of contact for routine office communications, handling emails and phone calls professionally.
- Take on additional ad-hoc projects and tasks as directed by your department supervisor.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, human resources, or any related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
