Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology-driven projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project coordination, excellent communication skills, and the ability to align technical execution with business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Lead day-to-day project activities and monitor progress.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and resources efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Oversee technical components, including software development, system integration, and IT infrastructure.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.
  • Ensure successful project completion, closure, and handover to operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in IT project management or a related position.
  • Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Proficient with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello, and other project management software.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Willing to travel occasionally for site visits or vendor coordination.
