About the role

We're seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at AGVILL RESOURCES INC' in Mandaue City, Cebu. This is a full-time position where you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and problem-solving through non-voice channels like email, chat, and social media.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  2. Providing accurate information and guiding customers through our products and services
  3. Identifying and escalating complex issues to appropriate team members
  4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and interactions
  5. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or a non-voice customer service environment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries
  4. Proficient in English, both written and spoken
  5. Comfortable using various software and digital tools to support customer service activities
  6. A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
