We are looking for an experienced Travel and Expense (T&E) Lead to oversee and manage our company's travel and expense processes. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with corporate policies, driving efficiency through SAP Concur, and serving as the subject matter expert (SME) for expense management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end Travel and Expense process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reimbursements.
  • Serve as the primary administrator and SME for SAP Concur (expense and travel modules).
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP Concur workflows in alignment with company policies.
  • Monitor and analyze expense reports to ensure compliance with corporate travel policies, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
  • Provide training and support to employees and approvers on SAP Concur and T&E policy.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Accounts Payable teams for reconciliations and proper accounting treatment.
  • Partner with HR, Procurement, and Travel vendors to align policies and resolve issues.
  • Generate and present regular reports on travel spend, compliance, and trends to management.
  • Drive process improvements, recommend automation, and enhance T&E policies.
  • Lead or support T&E audits, ensuring adherence to internal controls.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of expense reporting, corporate card management, and travel policies.
  • Experience in global/shared service environments is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent stakeholder management.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to train and support end-users.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
