  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails and preparing communications on the executive's behalf
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling and sending reminders
  • Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
  • Managing the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
  • Arranging travel, visas, and accommodations
  • Filing, copying, and organizing important documents
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Knowing how to compare suppliers, negotiate pricing, and procure goods/services
  • Tracking orders, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining purchasing records
  • Paying monthly bills (property taxes, utility bills, association dues) and overseeing permit applications/renewals (e.g., business licenses, travel documents, new company registrations)
  • Acting as a liaison between the manager and clients, suppliers, and other staff
  • Doing payroll for the executive's drivers and housekeepers, and paying monthly contributions
  • Managing files, copies, and office equipment; overseeing repairs, maintenance schedules, and supply levels to ensure smooth operations
  • Handling SEC registration and processing other government-related permits for businesses
  • Creating marketing materials using design tools like Canva or video editing applications for content creation
  • A pleasing personality is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
