About the role

Intellipro Solutions Philippines Corp. is seeking a talented Manager, Strategic Workforce Solutions to join our rapidly growing HR and Recruitment team. In this full-time position based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will play a strategic role in developing and implementing innovative workforce solutions to support our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

  • Partner with clients to understand their workforce requirements and design tailored talent acquisition strategies
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify workforce trends and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and quality of hires
  • Manage a team of experienced recruitment professionals and provide coaching and mentorship
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, legislative changes and emerging recruitment technologies

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in a leadership or managerial capacity
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful workforce planning and recruitment strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and talent management principles
  • Proficiency in using recruitment-related software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
