GA HR Consultancy Inc., the accredited headhunter and executive search partner of a leading nationwide retail chain, presents a strong commercial leadership opportunity for experienced FMCG or retail sales professionals.
Our client is a trusted Philippine retail brand with nearly two decades of market presence and 100+ stores nationwide. As part of its expansion, the company is seeking a Strategic Account Manager who can elevate customer partnerships, boost revenue, and manage major accounts with data-driven leadership.
What You Will LeadKey Account & Customer Management
- Handle and grow major retail and distribution accounts.
- Build strong partnerships, manage negotiations, and lead joint business planning.
- Ensure high satisfaction, consistent service, and smooth operational coordination.
- Develop account strategies that increase sales, brand visibility, and profitability.
- Identify category opportunities, portfolio gaps, and promotional strategies.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to guide business decisions.
- Work closely with Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
- Ensure seamless promo execution, inventory planning, and merchandising rollout.
- Support demand forecasting and account-level planning.
- Track KPIs, sales performance, and customer trends.
- Prepare regular business reviews and performance reports for management.
- Provide insights that support data-driven commercial decisions.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or relevant field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in FMCG or retail.

- Experience handling supermarkets, groceries, distributors, or large retail partners is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

- Highly organized, results-oriented, and team-focused.
