About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Server to join our team at MKS Workforce Management Services Inc.' in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. This is a full-time position, providing an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Welcoming and greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Providing exceptional customer service by taking food and drink orders accurately
  3. Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  4. Maintaining a clean and organised work area, ensuring tables are set and cleared promptly
  5. Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints effectively
  6. Assisting with side work and other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the restaurant

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a Restaurant Server or similar customer service role in the hospitality industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
  3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  4. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required
  5. A passion for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a successful team
