About the role

This is a full-time, onsite role at our office in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. As the Senior Manager, Strategic Workforce Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and strategic direction of the workforce solutions business at
Intellipro Solutions Philippines Corp.
You will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of innovative workforce strategies to support our clients' evolving talent needs.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of workforce solutions to drive business growth and meet client objectives
  • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition and management strategies to source, recruit and retain top talent
  • Manage a team of recruitment and workforce specialists, providing mentorship, coaching and performance management
  • Analyse industry trends, market intelligence and client requirements to identify new business opportunities and expand our service offering
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners and internal teams, to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and report on the performance of workforce solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and internal policies governing workforce management

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic workforce management, preferably within a recruitment or workforce solutions agency with commercial exposure
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering innovative workforce solutions
  • Excellent understanding of the HR and recruitment landscape, including industry trends, best practices and compliance requirements
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate client needs into tailored workforce solutions
  • Proficient in data analysis, project management and stakeholder management
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
