HR and Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll preparation, timekeeping, and benefits processing.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and training.
- Monitor office supplies, coordinate vendors, and handle basic admin tasks.
- Prepare documents, reports, and assist with compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years HR/Admin experience preferred but fresh grads welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of labor laws and government benefits processing is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; detail-oriented and trustworthy.
