About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant – Training and Development to join our HR team. This role will support the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs designed to improve employee skills, performance, and compliance across all gasoline stations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying training needs across stations in coordination with Supervisors and Managers.
- Help design, organize, and implement training programs (orientation, customer service, safety compliance, and operational standards).
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions (venue, materials, schedules, attendance).
- Maintain training records, attendance sheets, and evaluation reports.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Training & Development team.
- Monitor probationary employees' training progress and performance feedback.
- Support continuous improvement of employee development programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferably with at least 1 year HR experience (training, onboarding, or generalist work).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willing to travel to different station locations for training activities.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship or HR exposure are welcome to apply.
