Marketing & Admin Assistant

We are looking for a versatile and proactive Marketing & Office Support Associate who can provide all-around assistance across different areas of our operations. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to step in wherever needed. You'll support our team in day-to-day admin tasks while also contributing to marketing efforts such as social media management, running ads, and learning basic digital tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general office support and assist team members as needed
- Manage and sort incoming emails, respond or escalate when required
- Assist with scheduling, document organization, and other admin duties
- Support social media management: posting, engagement, and reporting
- Help launch and monitor paid ads with guidance from the marketing team
- Learn and apply basic video editing for simple content needs
- Gain exposure to website updates and basic content management
- Be a reliable point of support for different departments as tasks arise
Qualifications
- Previous experience in office administration, marketing support, or a similar role is a plus (not required)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Willingness to learn digital tools (ads, websites, video editing)
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive, resourceful, and flexible attitude
- A supportive and collaborative work environment
