We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Intern to join our Human Resources team This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience across core HR functions including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Records Management, and Training & Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a smooth employee experience
  • Help maintain and organize employee records and HR databases in compliance with data privacy and company policies
  • Provide support in Compensation & Benefits processes such as attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll preparation assistance
  • Assist in coordinating and documenting training & development programs, workshops, and learning sessions
  • Participate in employee engagement activities, team-building initiatives, and internal communications
  • Assist in preparing HR documents such as contracts, memos, and reports
  • Contribute to ongoing HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by the HR team

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in HR practices and employee lifecycle management
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Proficient in WPS application
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
