An Overview of your Role

To provide support in the following areas:

  • Accounts reconciliation, billing and collection support for profit centers.
  • Support to accounts of direct clients in terms of billing, collection and processing of premium payments/commissions/refunds.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Verification and Checking of Daily Collections.Checks in detail collector's provisional receipts (PRs) with actual receipts (cash, checks, PDC payments). Monitoring the timely issuance of Advance Official Receipts (OR) for collection and timely return thereof to cashier.
  • Processing of Premiums Payments, Commission & Refunds. Verfies/ posts / prepares reconciliation summary for Remittances Report (RR) of Direct Clients and forwards to Cashier for issuance of Individual Ors.
  • Clerical Support for Deliveries and Reimbursement.Assists in policy/documents for sorting for messenger's delivery (all lines) on a daily basis.

A Bit About You

  • Candidate must be a graduate of any Financial or Business related courses;
  • With at least 1 to 2 years of related experience;
  • Newly graduates are welcome to apply;
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word & Excel);
  • Willing to be assigned in our Manila Office (Binondo)
