i. Professional customer handling

ii. Handling Tenant complaints & issues

iii. Collecting dues from residents. Collecting Dues payment is one of the key responsibilities of a Property Manager/Admin Assistant/Property Admin, and they have a uniform approach and efficient system that ensures prompt payments

iv. Send out notices to overdue accounts.

v. Collect payments and post to accounts.

vi. Set up repayment plans according to ability to pay.

vii. Negotiate credit extensions.

viii. Reach out to customers with unpaid debt and attempt to collect from them.

ix. Handle simultaneous concerns and administrative work as directed by your immediate head

x. Keeping efficient records. Take all information as sensitive and confidential

xi. Submit reports on time as directed and assigned

xii. Present a professional appearance in accordance with the guidelines of the management which includes the wearing of uniform apparel and name tag/badge, if applicable.

xiii. You are required to report to your immediate supervisor whenever the scheduled shift is filled and you must provide an activity report.

xiv. Others, as may be designated and/or ordered by your immediate Supervisor or the EMPLOYER.

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
