- At least 5 years of Accounting and HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership / manageral role
- Must be Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Comprehensive knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Proven ability to lead organizational change and culture transformation initiatives.
- Track record in talent acquisition , performance management, and employment engagement program.
- Excellent command of English; and proficiency in Filipino
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
