The
HR Process Manager
is responsible for managing the HR Operations team to ensure efficient delivery of employee services, and compliance with company policies and pertinent labor laws.

  • Supervise HR executives in making sure that day-to-day tasks are being performed.
  • Handles employee relations (cases)
  • Company representative for labor cases filed by terminated employees.
  • Handles compensation administration and implementation.
  • Presents new policies and/or benefits of the company to employees.
  • Gathers employee feedback of the company, especially during the implementation of new policies.
  • Promotes retention strategy and engagement programs.
  • Drives account participation and provide the necessary support for any company initiated activities.
  • Do attrition analysis.
  • Enable the creation and facilitation of engagement activities that will strengthen the
  • eClerx culture and promote employee retention
  • Facilitate collaborative projects between the different teams with HR and the enabling teams for the continuous improvement of services and processes.
  • Performs Adhoc tasks assigned by the HR Head.
