We are a boutique EOR based in Alabang, specialising in supporting Australian eCommerce brands with high-quality outsourced services. Our team provides expert support in social media coordination, customer service, bookkeeping, web development, and virtual administration assistance.

Our focus is on supporting dedicated, skilled teams that integrate seamlessly into our clients' businesses. We are looking for a hands-on, people-first leader who can manage daily operations while also coaching both our Filipino talent and Australian clients for long-term success.

Job Description:

As the Senior HR & Operations Manager, you will take ownership of our Alabang-based team and act as the key local leader. You will oversee all aspects of HR, people management, operations, and cultural integration across our boutique BPO setup.

This role is central to ensuring that our Filipino team members are supported, developed, and aligned with the expectations of Australian business culture—and that our Australian clients are well guided on how to build strong, respectful relationships with remote teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR compliance, and performance
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of teams supporting social media, customer service, bookkeeping, web development, and admin tasks
  • Provide coaching and cultural insight to Australian clients on how to lead and retain high-performing Filipino teams
  • Guide Filipino team members on Australian workplace expectations, communication style, and business etiquette
  • Build and improve SOPs, KPI frameworks, and service delivery systems
  • Coordinate closely with EOR partners to ensure timely payroll, benefits, and legal compliance
  • Act as the primary contact for Australian leadership, providing reporting and strategic input
  • Build internal capability by mentoring team leads and supporting succession planning
  • Manage budgeting and also support the Australian president to protect the culture of team-first and respect-first for all stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR and operations management, with at least 3 years in a BPO or EOR leadership role
  • Proven experience supporting Australian clients is essential
  • Strong familiarity with outsourcing for eCommerce support functions such as customer service, virtual admin, or web and bookkeeping tasks
  • Deep understanding of Philippine labor law, HR policies, and employee engagement practices
  • Excellent written and spoken English; confident in cross-cultural communication and coaching
  • Bachelor's degree required; HR certifications or PMP/Six Sigma are an advantage
