About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Human Resources and Administrative teams.

Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to employee orientation.

  • Handle employee relations, address concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.

  • Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy of salaries, deductions, and benefits.

  • Identify training needs and implement learning and development programs.

  • Manage performance appraisal systems, provide feedback, and support career development.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and fairness.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and other applicable regulations.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential employee records.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office operations, including facilities, supplies, equipment, and vendor management.

  • Ensure smooth workflow within HR and Admin departments.

  • Manage departmental records, databases, and HR information systems.

  • Prepare HR and admin performance reports for management review.

  • Act as a point of contact for employees and external parties on HR and administrative matters.

  • Organize company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.

  • Manage HR-related projects and administrative initiatives.

  • Collaborate with department heads and management to align practices with company goals.

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead and supervise the HR and Admin team, providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching.

  • Drive innovation by analyzing data to identify trends and propose process improvements.

  • Implement initiatives that enhance company culture, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive HR and administrative management experience.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Ability to work in Muntinlupa City.
