Job Summary:

The Encoder will be responsible for the accurate and timely input of data into company systems, ensuring completeness and confidentiality of all records and documents.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School or Senior High School Graduate
  • With or without related work experience
  • Proficient in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Organized, dependable, and can work with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work onsite and perform clerical duties as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encode, verify, and update data in company databases
  • Review documents for completeness and accuracy before entry
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical files
  • Generate and submit reports as required by management
  • Support the team in administrative and office-related tasks
