About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team at AUXILIA INC'. This is a full-time position based in Cebu City, Cebu, where you will play a vital role in providing high-quality customer support and ticketing/reservation services.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other non-voice communication channels
  • Handling ticketing and reservation processes efficiently and accurately
  • Providing exceptional customer service and finding solutions to address customer needs
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of customer service strategies

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • Familiarity with customer service software and ticketing/reservation systems (preferred)
  • A positive, energetic, and customer-centric attitude
