Marketing Manager for Retail Market

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to lead our marketing efforts, grow brand awareness, and engage customers effectively. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, strong leader, and excellent communicator with experience in marketing management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company goals.
  • Work with teams to understand market trends, customer needs, and competition.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials like brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  • Manage the company's website, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Plan and execute events, trade shows, and sponsorships to boost brand visibility.
  • Analyze market data to find growth opportunities and improve strategies.
  • Track and measure marketing performance to assess effectiveness.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering teamwork and success.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new marketing tools.
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize returns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in marketing management.
  • Has experience in digital marketing
  • Knows how to prepare a marketing budget
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, trade marketing, PR, and events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
