Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Advertising or any related course
  • Must hold an MBA or a related post-graduate degree, in accordance with PSMBFI's Recruitment and Placement Policy, along with relevant technical training.
  • With a minimum of 4 years related experience in managerial capacity in the same field
  • Knowledgeable in developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • With established press and media contacts
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong analytical, composition, prioritizing, and people-management skills
  • Ability to make sound decisions and maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and presentation skills

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plans, directs and controls activities of the Marketing Department
  • Develops and implements the overall marketing strategy, marketing plan and campaign initiatives to promote PSMBFI's products and services
  • Manages promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
  • Coordinates marketing strategies with Sales and Membership Services departments
  • Reviews and edits communication materials and collaterals
  • Identifies the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimizes accordingly
  • Oversees distribution of marketing paraphernalia including reading materials and press kits
  • Facilitates market trends analysis and forecast preparation
  • Formulates and communicates plans and policies to achieve department's objectives
  • Oversees the preparation and management of departmental budget
  • Communicates issues and problems in a timely manner to management
  • Ensures departmental targets are met through people management, performance review, reward and recognition
  • Performs tasks as provided for in the updated and approved PSMBFI Operations Manual
  • Performs other related functions as directed by superior
