Job Summary

The Marketing Assistant supports the Marketing Department in executing promotional activities, coordinating events, and developing materials for medical products and services. With a strong medical background, the Marketing Assistant bridges the gap between technical product knowledge and marketing strategy, ensuring accurate, compliant, and effective communication to healthcare professionals and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns for medical devices, products, and services.
  • Coordinate marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, product sheets, and digital content.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and potential clients within the healthcare industry.
  • Support in organizing events, trade shows, seminars, and hospital product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide product information, samples, and promotional support.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, customer contact lists, and CRM records.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, leads, and campaign outcomes.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with medical and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in hospital accreditation documentation or promotional requirements related to product approval or demo activities.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, designers, and other vendors for marketing collaterals and digital content.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Nursing, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, or any health-related field.
  • With at least 1–2 years of experience in marketing or administrative support, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledgeable about medical terminology and hospital operations is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with hospital accreditation and procurement processes.
  • Experience coordinating with doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators.
  • Creativity and initiative in suggesting marketing ideas or campaign improvements.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php24,000.00 per month
