The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to strengthen brand positioning, drive customer engagement, and achieve business growth. This role oversees marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and brand communications while leading a team to ensure alignment with company goals and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and annual plans to achieve sales and brand objectives.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of advertising, promotional, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the company's online presence, including social media, website content, and digital analytics.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and customer trends.
  • Coordinate with the sales, product development, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution and ROI tracking.
  • Supervise the production of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional assets.
  • Organize and manage events, product launches, and brand activations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, providing reports and insights to management.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to deliver high-quality outputs and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, and in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in brand management, campaign development, and digital marketing.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven marketing and performance tracking.
  • Proficient in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Canva, CRM tools).
  • Creative, strategic thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Willing to work in San Juan, Greenhills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
