The Opportunity

We are searching for a driven and experienced Marketing professional to join our team at Paratron Industries' in San Juan City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in developing and executing our marketing strategy to drive growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, and traditional advertising
  2. Analysing market trends and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for new products or services
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with the overall business objectives
  4. Tracking and reporting on marketing performance metrics to continuously optimise campaigns
  5. Staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies and best practices
  6. Contributing to the development of the marketing budget and ensuring efficient resource allocation

What We're Looking For

  1. 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the Accounting industry or a related Accounts Officers/Clerks field
  2. Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies and best practices
  3. Excellent analytical and data-driven decision making skills
  4. Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, content management systems and social media platforms
  5. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
