We're looking for a Head of Marketing (Mid-Level) to lead and execute marketing strategies for an exciting esports events organizing company. This role is ideal for a results-driven marketing professional who can balance creative direction, data-driven decision-making, and operational efficiency.

The Head of Marketing will oversee campaigns, brand initiatives, partnerships, and analytics to strengthen market presence, boost engagement, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with company goals and brand positioning.
  • Coordinate the execution of advertising campaigns, events, sponsorships, and promotions.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.

2. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across campaigns, events, and platforms.
  • Evaluate data trends and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing performance.
  • Prepare timely reports and performance summaries for management review.

3. Budget & Vendor Management

  • Manage and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring cost-efficiency and ROI on campaigns.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, media partners, and suppliers to support marketing activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships to ensure quality deliverables

4. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams - creative, production, and business development - to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Support cross-functional projects, including esports events, digital campaigns, and community activations.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, partners, and event stakeholders.

5. Process Improvement & Leadership

  • Recommend improvements to marketing processes, tools, and workflows.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in executing campaigns and managing deliverables.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in marketing management, brand strategy, or marketing operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, data interpretation, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge or experience in the esports, gaming, or events industry is a significant advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Work Schedule:

  • Onsite reporting
  • Monday to Friday, following a compressed workweek setup.
  • Employees may start as early as 7:00AM to 5:00PM; or as late as 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Salary Package:

  • Basic Salary
  • HMO
  • Leave Credits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
