KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and coordinate marketing events, community activities, and property launches from concept to execution.
  • Work closely with suppliers, designers, and contractors to ensure visually appealing event styling and setup.
  • Supervise on-site event setup and operations to ensure smooth flow and brand alignment.
  • Host or assist in program flow and guest coordination during events when needed.
  • Prepare event documentation such as timelines, checklists, budgets, and post-event reports.
  • Maintain and manage event materials, inventory, and décor assets.
  • Support the marketing team in brand activations, exhibits, and partnership events.
  • Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with marketing goals

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in event coordination, marketing support, or brand activation (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged).
  • Background or interest in event styling, creative design, or hosting is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; knowledge in Canva is a plus.
  • Willing to work onsite in Cavite and render extended hours during events or weekend activations if required.
