Salary and Schedule Salary: P80,000-P110,000 (Monthly Package) Schedule: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Manila Time (WFH) Qualifications 2-3+ years of experience preparing U.S. tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership, or fiduciary). Knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax regulations and basic tax research. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office applications. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing financial/tax data.Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret tax rules and resolve issues. Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with clients and internal team members. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work efficiently under time constraints. Professionalism, dependability, and confidentiality in handling client financial information. Responsibilities Prepare U.S. individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns in compliance with federal and state tax regulations. Assist with tax research and analysis, including identifying relevant IRC sections and tax rules. Gather, organize, and review client financial information to ensure accuracy and completeness before filing. Communicate with clients regarding required documents, updates, and tax return status. Work closely with Tax Seniors and Managers to support project execution and ensure timely delivery of tax filings. Remain up-to-date on changes in U.S. tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and current tax reporting. Maintain organized documentation and records in accordance with firm standards and compliance requirements.
