Job Description: Sales and Marketing Manager (Real Estate)

The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the company's sales and marketing operations in the real estate sector. This role focuses on developing effective sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and ensuring the achievement of property sales targets. The manager will work closely with the executive team to enhance brand awareness, drive client acquisition, and ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that generate results.


Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop, and implement sales and marketing strategies for property listings and real estate projects.
  • Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, events, and print materials.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and business partners.
  • Oversee property promotions, open houses, and exhibitions to attract potential buyers.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to management.
  • Develop pricing strategies and promotional packages to boost property sales.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise sales and marketing staff to ensure effective team performance.
  • Ensure all marketing and sales efforts align with company objectives and brand standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the real estate industry.
  • Strong background in property sales, digital marketing, and client relations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and MS Office tools.
  • Highly motivated, organized, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
