• Knowledgeable of design tools
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

• Assist in recordkeeping
• Assist in identifying available residential lots for and promotional materials.
• Create visual designs and layouts for job postings potential acquisition or listing.
• Support day-to-day office operations and coordination with S-Quad Homes
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned to support company objectives.
