Polystar General Services' is seeking a skilled and organised Steeler to join our team in General Trias City, Cavite. As a Steeler, you will play a vital role in supporting our administrative operations and ensuring the smooth running of our office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing administrative support to our team, including data entry, filing, and document management
  2. Assisting with the coordination and scheduling of meetings and appointments
  3. Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  4. Maintaining and organising office supplies and materials
  5. Performing other general office duties as required

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  2. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team
  4. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  5. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
