Job Summary:

The Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of IT projects and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives, quality standards, and timelines. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, coordinating stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Oversee resource planning, risk management, and project governance.
  • Monitor delivery progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, or other delivery methodologies as applicable.
  • Foster collaboration, motivation, and accountability within project teams.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices in project and delivery management.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers when applicable.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Must have minimum 5 years of experience as a full-time project manager (directly managing a project team).
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Must have experience in leading and managing cross-functional project teams through the entire project lifecycle. (Developers (IT), Designers (UI/UX), Testers (QA), Business Analysts, and etc.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
