Mid Scrum Master

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 3–5 years of experience to guide and support our Agile teams in delivering high-quality Android and iOS applications. This role will ensure that Agile principles are understood, embraced, and consistently applied, while removing barriers to team success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile application development, proven project management skills, and the ability to foster collaboration across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring effective application of Scrum or Kanban practices.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with Product Owners, developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to ensure clarity of goals, priorities, and deliverables.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve impediments that block team progress, escalating when necessary.
• Track and report on team performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for optimization.
• Support multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring quality delivery on all assigned projects.
• Facilitate ideation sessions, group-thinking workshops, and project presentations.
• Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and shared ownership.

Qualifications

Experience

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or equivalent role (required).
• In-depth understanding of Android and iOS app development lifecycles.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile teams (Scrum and/or Kanban).
• Experience in banking, financial apps, and/or FinTech applications (advantage).

Technical Skills

• Advanced project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong understanding of Project Management and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead ideation, presentations, and mentoring sessions.
• Skilled in influencing without direct authority and fostering collaboration.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or equivalent.

Work setup: Hybrid Set up (3x RTO per week)

Salary: Open to discuss depending on the career level and years of experience

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php80, Php90,000.00 per month
