We are seeking an experienced Senior Crystal Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our Crystal Reports environment. The role involves user and security management, report development, server maintenance, backup and recovery, and technical support, ensuring the availability, performance, and security of Crystal Reports for business users. The ideal candidate will have strong server administration experience, expertise in report optimization, and a solid background in software upgrades and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User & Security Management: Administer user accounts, permissions, and authentication (Windows AD or database) to ensure secure access to Crystal Reports.
  • Report Development & Deployment: Collaborate with stakeholders to design, create, optimize, and automate Crystal Reports.
  • Server Maintenance & Monitoring: Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Crystal Reports Server to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Backup & Recovery: Perform regular backups and implement disaster recovery procedures for reports and settings.
  • Training & Support: Provide end-user training, technical support, and troubleshooting for Crystal Reports-related issues.
  • Version Upgrades & Patch Management: Apply patches and software upgrades, testing new versions before production deployment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of comprehensive experience in Crystal Administration.
  • Strong experience in server management, product, and infrastructure management.
  • Proven expertise in software version upgrades, migration, and data analytics.
  • Proficiency in InfoVerse is desired.
  • Extensive experience in Crystal Reports administration and server management.
  • Hands-on experience with report optimization, scheduling, and automation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Salary: ₱82,000 (Max.)

Pay: Up to Php82,000.00 per month
