Profile Requirements:

  • Min 2.5 Years of Proven Experience fundraising, donor relations,sales, or a similar field is highly beneficial.
  • Prior experience with PhoneBurner or a comparable CRM or calling platform is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to track and manage multiple conversations at once.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; must be confident and professional when speaking with donors on the phone.

Core responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to current and prospective donors to confirm donation pledges and contribution timelines.
  • Follow up with donors regularly to ensure they received invitations, information packets, or event updates.
  • Confirm that donors have all necessary information to complete their contributions and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Engage donors with professionalism and care, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their giving experience.
  • Record all donor interactions, commitments, and follow-ups using PhoneBurner or a similar CRM/dialer system.
  • Monitor timelines and track follow-up tasks to ensure all donations are received within the expected window.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay donor feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in outreach or materials.
  • Maintain detailed, organized records of donor communication history and status updates.
