Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
Salary: PHP 35, ,000 gross monthly salary, depending on experience
About the Company
Our client is a well-established company in the industrial solutions sector, providing high-quality products and services to support heavy machinery, contractors, and the transport industry. They are now seeking an Internal Sales / Telemarketing Representative to join their remote team. In this role, you'll play a key part in generating leads, building customer relationships, and helping expand their market presence.

What You'll Be Doing
As an Internal Sales / Telemarketing Representative, you will be reporting to a New Zealand based manager. You'll be at the frontline of connecting with potential customers and creating opportunities that directly contribute to our client's business growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
● Making outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our client's products and services.
● Qualifying leads against set criteria and handing over quality opportunities to the New Business team.
● Responding to inbound enquiries and converting them into sales opportunities.
● Scheduling appointments and demonstrations for Business Development Managers.
● Supporting sales campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities.
● Tracking call activity, lead progress, and pipeline outcomes in CRM.
● Providing feedback on customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends.
What You'll Bring
● Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service.
● Familiarity with CRM systems.
● Background in hydraulics, heavy equipment, or industrial sectors.
● Making outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our client's products and services.
● Qualifying leads against set criteria and handing over quality opportunities to the New Business team.
● Responding to inbound enquiries and converting them into sales opportunities.
● Scheduling appointments and demonstrations for Business Development Managers.
● Supporting sales campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities.
● Tracking call activity, lead progress, and pipeline outcomes in CRM.
● Providing feedback on customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends.
