Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships, and setting up appointments for our sales team. Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients within the mental health and human services sectors.
  • Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement to connect with prospects.
  • Qualification: Assess prospects' needs and fit for Zoobook Systems' EHR solutions.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule product demos or meetings for the sales team.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies.
  • Follow-Up: Nurture relationships with potential clients to ensure continued engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the SaaS or healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Understanding of the healthcare or EHR industry is an advantage.
